Аннотация
As a result of a fatal combination of circumstances, Andy Dufresne is sentenced to life in prison for murders he did not commit. Having served an undeserved sentence in Shawshank Prison, Andy uses his knowledge of finance to gain the trust of the prison administration, and thanks to his honesty and determination, he finds friends among the prisoners. For many years, Andy has been meekly doing any prison work and gives the impression of a man resigned to his fate. However, this is far from the case.
